My husband and I moved here to Arkansas to the Fairview area from Illinois in 1995.

We had purchased our land prior to move here and build a new home. When we decided to build our home we contacted American Builders and our contacts were Max Freeman and Roy Bell with whom we worked with in the construction of our home.

We found them to be honest, knowledgeable and helpful while working on the prints of our projected home. Our home is a rather unique design and with their assistance we were able to achieve our goals.

We are now living in our second home built by American Builders.

The quality of construction is very important to us and our first home was convincing evidence of the abilities of Max and Roy to build a completely satisfactory home. When we chose to build another home our choice was easy—American Builders.

An added benefit which was truly unique to us having previously had custom homes built was that Max and Roy followed up long after we were living in the home to verify that everything was satisfactory. I can recall builder who if they saw you approaching on the street would suddenly disappear rather than risk encountering you.

We love our home and continually appreciate its quality and comfort.

Dear Max,

Jonelle and I want to let you know how much we appreciated the experience of having American Builders construct our home. With only a basic drawing from us, you created the necessary plans.

Since we were still living in Dallas during the construction process, we were only able to visit the physical construction three times, but Roy always called with necessary questions as the house developed. When the phone rang at 6:30 am, we knew it was Roy. Your often emailed progress pictures were exciting, and let us see how the house developed.

We do not ever anticipate building another house, but if we do, you will be the builder,
