Freeman Elected as Secretary/Treasurer AHBA

Members of the Arkansas Home Builders Association gathered in Branson, MO, October 17-19 at Big Cedar Lodge for the Annual Fall Convention and election of officers for 2007.

Members of the Twin Lakes Home Builders Association attending the Fall Board Meeting included: Max Freeman, Jerry Estes, Bob Wedgeworth and Karen McKee.

Max Freeman was elected to the AHBA Executive Board, to serve as the 2007 Secretary/Treasurer. He was installed at the AHBA Installation Banquet in December at the John Q. Hammons Convention Center in Jonesboro, AR.

Prior to his election, Freeman also served on the AHBA Executive Committee and as Executive Vice President of Northwest Arkansas for the past four years. He has served as TLHB President for four different terms. In 2005, Freeman was nominated as the Outstanding Builder in the state of Arkansas by Building Arkansas Magazine and was featured in the January 2007 issue.
